Date: June 20, 2009 02:31AM Hey all. I've been reading a ton of articles on vegetables/raw diet and a lot of authors are claiming that some vegetables are toxic and should not be eaten. Things such as green peppers and chile peppers, potatos, etc. Can anyone share more info? Re: Vegetable questions

[www.rawfoodsupport.com] There really are no vegetables or fruits that you are going to buy at your local market that are going to poison you in small quantities. Here's the wiki on it: [en.wikipedia.org] -Hope this is helpful. -David Z. Mason WWW.RawFoodFarm.com Re: Vegetable questions

Date: June 20, 2009 04:37PM Greeen peppers and green chillis are unripe, so in my opinion shouldn't be eaten. Red/yellow/orange peppers taste better anyway!
