I'm really new to the raw diet. What would be the best book(s) that I could get on the subject? I can't afford any new kitchen equipment right now(like a dehydraytor), the extent of what I have is a blender, a food proccessor, and a grator, any advice would be welcome! I need to keep it really simple for the time being!

"The 80/10/10 Diet" by Douglas Graham describes a version of the raw diet that doesn't require fancy equipment like dehydrators or Vita-mixes.

The basic idea is to eat lots of fruits and salads while cutting down the fats.

I would say a good set of knives is about all you need.
And good storage for all your fruits and veggies.
