Date: June 21, 2009 05:05AM I'm really new to the raw diet. What would be the best book(s) that I could get on the subject? I can't afford any new kitchen equipment right now(like a dehydraytor), the extent of what I have is a blender, a food proccessor, and a grator, any advice would be welcome! I need to keep it really simple for the time being! Re: NEW!

Date: June 21, 2009 05:12AM "The 80/10/10 Diet" by Douglas Graham describes a version of the raw diet that doesn't require fancy equipment like dehydrators or Vita-mixes.
The basic idea is to eat lots of fruits and salads while cutting down the fats. Re: NEW!

And good storage for all your fruits and veggies. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
