too much fruit???

so I was not having fruit for about 3 months ish... and have added it back into my diet... but i lose control of my eating... my belly feels like a baloon...and all i think about it eating more fruit... even to the point of discomfort... with the way i was eating before with no fruit... i had a hard time getting enough calories and was feeling low in energy and weak...like muscle weakness... but not so bloated... now with the fruit... i have a bit more energy and the weakness in my legs especially seems to be gone as well... but i'm bloated and i can't stop eating so obsessively... i'm a bit frustrated with myself... and my lack of control... i've been thinking of getting help pshychologically for a possible eating disorder...but i like eating raw and i know that a therapist might consider my rawness being part of a disorder... can anyone give some advice... and possibly a place or person that does therapy and is supportive of raw foods... thank you...

are you mono eating??

do you eat fat?

all I eat is fruit and I have no problem, however when I was eatin gourmet..fat..etc..fruit gave me terrible problems..

Be sure to take an eating break occasionally so that eating is not like a continuous feed. The pause that refreshes helps digestion by allowing the stomach to empty and is very helpful to assist in food combining. Taking a break between meals is also a great way to exercise and strengthen the will power (control). I like to wait on an early, weak hunger signal so that I know I am in sync with my body.
