hard day today

Date: June 26, 2009 12:41AM Man I had a very depressed day today , I was so tired and lucky Im on vacation schools out the kids go to day camp so it was a time I had to soul search to see maybe have some resentments or fears, but my day was a bit on the dark side , anyway I have to cook dinner Chicken and salad , I'm not going to do the chicken , the rest of my family is not raw but my daughter went to see her doctor today and was told fruits and vegies and no red meat , her response was "might as well eat like my dad yuck" LOLOLOL oh! that has to be a better part of my day man I got it now , I did have a good day LOLOLOLOL bye Family Zeb Re: hard day today

I'm right there with you; I know what you mean, my family is not raw, & it is an uphill climb for me many times as well...Remember, you can't have all "mountain highs" without some valleys as well... Re: hard day today
