Hi guys
My bones & muscles have been SO abnormally sore and achey lately..I have stopped stretching as much as I was doing in the past but still have no idea as to why I can barley spread my legs without an enourmous amount of pain in my hip bones especially.. Im only 5''2 `105 pounds so this shouldnt be an issue I am encountering this young. Any advice would be so apperciated. PS I have done immense amounts of stretching, and hot & cold packs...Nothing is helping and I cannot seem to gain flexibility back in my hips especially.
Thanks guys :-)

Vitamin D is often linked to these sorts of problems, and especially hip and leg pain is where it can be quite bad. Do you have any reason to believe you could
be low in Vitamin D? e.g. infrequent sun exposure? Keep in mind that via
Vitamin D tests, many people who thought they had adequate sun exposure are still
being found to be low in Vitamin D.

If it persists, you may want to see a rheumatologist, and there could be other
explanations besides Vitamin D.

In the meantime, [vitamindcouncil.org] has some information you may want
to read.
