Date: July 06, 2009 06:00PM Hello.
I have a friend that's HIGHLY allergic to wheat. She cannot have crumbs or it in the house, she cannot use any wheat by-products in cosmetics, cannot use anything like nutritional yeast even thou it doesn't contain gluten, if it's processed in a facility that processes wheat. I heard wheat grass doesn't hurt celiacs. Anybody know how or why wheat grass would be an exception? Her condition is extreme and she wouln't try it regardless, I'm just curious. That could be more dangerous. ***************************** "Educate and inform the whole mass of the people...
