"Fruits Fruits are mostly simple sugar with some vitamins and minerals. They provide a flavorful (sweet) addition to meals. However, appetite satisfaction is minimal. Generally, 1 to 4 fruits daily is a good goal. You must eat a starch-based diet" stuff like this makes me laugh. "appetite satisfaction is minimal". yes it is until you figure it out. you MUST eat a starch based diet. ha. like running is not fun until you get into the zone or tennis is not satisfying until you learn how to play or water doesn't satisfy your thirst until you have enough we weren't BORN with stoves. and cooking didn't MAKE us human much as he thinks otherwise Edited 1 time(s). how to binge on 30 banana's in one sitting, until you've stretched your stomach so much that your so bloated that you look "pregnant" in freelee's words, thats the goal of 80/10/10 all so you can feel somewhat "full" on the raw fruit based diet." Was Freelee the brain behind that asinine concept? I've been blaming the damage from listening to that little gem on Fullyraw Kristina since that's where I heard it. She said on a video that the stomach is like other muscles so if you eat more it will stretch out. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
