I'm not sure she even eats Avocados and Bananas...she didn't mention them anyway. I saw another clip where she mentioned her oldest son, at age 14, decided to include some cooked Vegan food into his diet, after being raised a Fruitarian from birth....WY Re: The Ultimate Fruitarian

Debbie....I'd like to know if you do any juicing. I've decided to run my life around 3 juicers and 1 blender....WY Re: The Ultimate Fruitarian

On juice only, movements become 'washes' rather than solids of various degrees of hardness. It's a clean feeling. Add a Smoothie a day, and things become more 'normal'. At least that's what I've experienced....WY Re: The Ultimate Fruitarian

When I recently did the "Master Cleanse", (lemonade diet) everything became a "wash", so to speak. It was a great feeling, and I felt a "lightness" in my being that I hadn't experienced for a long time. It is a cleansing fast, and while not totally raw (maple syrup is used) it is highly revered by many health gurus. I have contemplated going total Fruitarian, but I feel I need more variety than that. Plus, not living in CA where all those awesome fruits are so plentiful, that would be a problem as well. I'm going on the premise that chewing is a poor way to extract nutrients from food, 'natural' as it may be. So it's Juicing and Blending for me....WY Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
