Im interested in learning about health according to the life-food paradigm. When I say "health", this includes anatomy, physiology, diet, chemistry, lifestyle, biology, spirituality... Are there any schools are trainings that offer this? I know Gabriel Cousens offers something, as does Dr. David Jubb... anything else? Could you suggest any good books? I'm a thai yoga therapist, and I want to eventually be a holistic health practitioner.. there is just so much information out there! I want to study from GREAT sources... from people who have authentic insight into the true workings of how our body/mind/spirit REALLY work! :-) Thank you for your support!
