Hi Ya everyone,

I told you I would not be gone for long, Well i found out already alot about my self, all through your guys help. Im still strggling with health though. What I have found is those lentils and sprounted beans i was eating were bad ideas. I cannot digest complex carbohydrate. i presume that goes for everyone with IBD. However im pretty sure a high fruit diet will cure most of my symptoms of IBD. Today i have eaten nothing but fruit.

Wecome back. I am not a big fan of sprouted beans, as they don't digest well for me, and I don't have IBD. I am glad you are eating more fruit smiling smiley

Fruit is the FOOD OF CHOICE for nearly all primates, especially the great apes and humans.

All of the other foods are non-optimal (unless you somehow enjoy them more than fruit, if so be careful what/where they're coming from). Well done Hello Kitty. smiling smiley

Hi Kitty,

I guess the first question is which beans? Mung beans, lentils? if those then yes the problem pretty much encompasses all of those. If the problem was with other legumes, lentils might be worth a try. Best to you.
