I simplified even more, ate a whole papays a day, at least 3 bananas, maybe four, 3 kiwis, and at least half to a whole honeydew or cantaloups a day. THen for the salad, a HUGE bowl of kale, swiss chard, and red loose leaf lettuce with a chopped avacado. and of course, snacking on a quarter cup of raw soaked almonds. and of course, like someone said to me before, grow my own sprouts and throw them in wih my salads.
