David Wolfe says if any Ants get into his Honey,
he doesn't try to separate them, but rather just eats them
along with the Honey.....WY
P.S. Chlorella and Seaweed are good sources of B12.

Not on purpose.
But I would assume I have eaten some bugs without knowing it.
Like at a picnic where there are gnats and things that might have flown into my food.

why ewwwwwwwwwwww. we must have done it at some point in our exsistance. and if our supplements of b12 dont work what else is there

i don't think they would be harmful.

i do take a supplement but if it stoped working then well would it hurt so much to be like our ancestors.

This is not true and in fact thinking that these are good sources of B12 can lead to a serious deficiency. The following article about B12 with specific info pertaining to eating a live food diet is an excellent read. Lots of info but then it's a complex issue. Read it through for a thorough explanation on the latest info.
