raw foods travell through your system way faster , and we eat more raw foods generally then SAD ..

when i was SAD i quite often skipped breakfast , sometimes lunch and usually had a large dinner .. alot of people eat this way .. i would have 1 @#$%& a day

on raw i graze pretty much all day and can have several @#$%& a day , i think the most one day was 7 or 8 .. normally its 2 or 3

unless im fasting or juicing more etc etc

personally i think im keeping the toilet paper companies in business winking smiley

Hellokitty,

I have at least 2 in the morning. One right after the other. Basically I go, sit down and have to go again within 5 minutes. Before raw it was about 7-8 times before leaving the house. So a great deal of improvement. I have chrones though, not uc. So, I don't know if this helps yousmiling smiley

Same here. On the SAD I only had perhaps one poo per day, usually in the morning. Now, I can easily have up to four a day. Three in the morning and sometimes, since I am a night owl and often awake until two or three am...I'll have one just before I go to bed.

Those morning green smoothies really do wonders. smiling smiley
