Date: October 02, 2009 02:44AM I'm curious if anyone has gotten Roger Haeske's web- video on making green "stews" in a blender?
It's expensive at $97 for a 20 minute web-video showing how to make savory raw veggie stews and I'm wondering if he shows anything really unique? I have been very ill with valley fever and looking for a quick way to prepare a variety of green veggies without too many nuts. Re: Roger Haeske's Raw Veggie Stew Video?

Date: October 02, 2009 01:26PM I signed up for his free e-newsletter. He's a very unique person to say the least.
There was a picture of his "stew" in one of the emails. It looked like a bunch of stuff had been blended with a few whole veggies sticking out. Not really a savory stew like I was expecting Actually, I found it. Here it is: [savorystews.rogerhaeske.com] I know one of his fitness products is grossly overpriced and is a copy of another fitness guru's technique. I believe all of his stuff has a money back guarantee though. So, it's probably risk free to give it a try. Bill Re: Roger Haeske's Raw Veggie Stew Video?

Date: October 02, 2009 03:27PM I saw Roger Haeske's two videos on his being a
41-year old teenager. He talked for about 15 minutes and didn't say a thing. It was all promises trying to sell his CD. I'd stay away......WY Re: Roger Haeske's Raw Veggie Stew Video?

Date: October 03, 2009 06:46PM just blend up a bunch of veggies all the way
then blend or cut up a bunch of veggies in chunks mix the two together and voila nothing to it really i'd go for all greens: spinach, parsley, cilantro, dandelions u can also put tomatoes, red bell peppers, avocado then u can just chop up some of the same veggies u can add spices to it u can put in garlic or ginger or whatever u can add chopped raw nuts whateves just be creative and all will be well Re: Roger Haeske's Raw Veggie Stew Video?

Yes, "whatever" fits in with my "most of the time" mantra. I was discouraged when searching for some raw food recipes that were like cooked foods I enjoyed. Lots of what I found were videos, and most of them just listed ingredients versus the precise measurements that I was looking for. The only thing I make consistently now are flax crackers... not using any recipe, just throwing in "whatever." Works every time and it tastes yummy every time!!
