take a big bowl. peel some leafs of romaine lettuces, and make them around the bowl like a big flower. then, make a guacamole. then, make a salsa, but not a just tomato salsa... add oranges, kiwi, banana, strawberry, celery, or other interesting things to give it more personality. oh, mango is a good combo with tomato. then, put the guacamole, and the salsa on the lettuces, and then put like a spoon in it so you can serve the salsa and guacamole on the lettuces. that is super easy.

my non raw non vegan friends love this salad smiling smiley

CREAMY carrot raisin salad

1/3 cup raisins
2 cups carrots, peeled and roughly grated
1/4 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup eggless vegan mayo *** (recipe below this one)
agave or other sweetner to taste (personally i use a tiny bit of stevia)
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt (omit if avoiding salt)

Eggless Vegan Mayonnaise Recipe
Ingredients:
3 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup soy milk or nut milk
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp mustard
6 tbsp vegetable or other oil (i love hemp oil in this)
Preparation:
Put all the ingredients except the oil in a blender. Blend on the lowest speed. Gradually - one drop at a time - add the oil until the mixture starts to thicken. Continue blending until thickened and smooth. Transfer to a jar and store in the refrigerator

*** personal note about the mayo - I prefer mayonaise type mayo compared to miracle whip which my hubby likes .. also im not a big fan of paprika so i omit it .. start with the lemon , soy and veg oil , and add the salt and spices to taste or omit what you dont like. If you like a more miracle whip type mayo then drizzle in a LITTLE at a time some vinegar (white or applecider **applecider will turn the color from white tho) to give it that more tangy type flavor

I would bring something gluten-free, non-dried, non-high-fat so every raw fooder would enjoy, like fruit.
