When (if) you find yourself eating something not raw, what is it most likely to be?

For me, crackers are the biggest culprit, though I try not to eat more than 3-4 saltines in a day. The second biggest would be beans. I can do fine for a week and then fix my family rice and beans and I can't help but have a few bites. And then my stomach whips around like a roller coaster!

Right...the biggest break is always the one from refined carbs. If some one can find a way to get away from that....BIG congratulations! Note: it is quite possible...and (in my opinion) preferable. Heh..heh.

Cooked nuts, 'nutritional' yeast, nama shoyu, etc at raw food potlucks and 'raw' restaurants.

I wonder if people realise that nutritional yeast has MSG in it.

I slip up sometimes with cooked hummous amd steamed veg. I think I wouldn't if it wasn't in the house. Oh yes and wine - but I am working on that one at the moment.

I cant do it to myself, because i bloat, but it would be mashed potato or bread.
I have not found a satisfactory bread replacement.
I place cauliflower in a processor, smash it to bits (sometimes add some nuts) that acts as my carb substitute.

Weirdly I used to love bread but don't fancy it much any more. Really crunchy rye crackers are a bit of an attraction though - my daughter buys them and then I get tempted.
