eating a lot of fruit - dental problems?

Well, I'm not having any yet. But I'm concerned anyway because my teeth are very sensitive and they start hurting easily.

So I wonder if there is a risk of getting tooth aches from eating a lot of fruit? Like in the 80/10/10 diet?

Thanks smiling smiley

My own experience is that you won't - although you will definitely have to test on more acidic fruits like pineapple. Since many fruits are often available under-ripe as well....this will be important to watch for. Simply brush your teeth as normal...and I imagine you will be fine.

I agree with DZM but I also do a quick water swish after eating citrus fruits to wash any acids off the teeth.
