Sorry if these question have been answer but I'm limited to computer usage and can aford browsing. I would apreciate any answer.

How can I start with raw food? where can I find it?

I hear organic food is way more costly than regular food.
What doyoudo aboutmear? you eat it raw? what about the bactiria?

what is cleansing? how it works?

Is it true you're eye turn ligher after weeks of cleasing, eating raw?
Do you needto have a big wallet tolive 100% raw?

so eating fersh marcket (uncoocked) food is not the same as raw?

DONT EAT MEAT (especially raw) some will argue but come on now!!!

Organic is worth the extra cents.

The less you eat the more you'll start to cleanse.

I suggest starting with raw juices and smoothies. This will start to build your digestion to be able to digest real fiber. Just add, thats the key, smoothie instead of morning coffee, big delicious salad for lunch instead of turkey sandwhich, its about displacing the bad stuff with good stuff!!!

Answers:

1) Start with the raw fruits, vegetables, & nuts that you LOVE. Avoid things you hate. You can find it at local produce marts, fruit stands and supermarkets...as well as growing on the side of the road.

2) I don't eat organic food (it's expensive). I don't eat raw meat (it is apalling to me! smiling smiley.

3) Cleansing means all the previous symptoms and illness that was locked in the body comes to the surface. Allow this.

4) I don't think my eyes turned lighter - but you never know!

5) You don't HAVE to spend more....but it is easy to do so....but also easy to find ways to eat much healthier without spending a lot of money.

6) Raw is any fresh, unprocessed plant food.

-These are just my experiences / opinions.

-Very intelligent questions! Thank you.
