I can tell you from experience that they will be stringy and bland in a dehydrated application. They might be OK juiced with something sweet, but they take on a very starchy quality right quick, so you are warned : ) Re: Does anyone use pumpkin guts?

Date: November 04, 2009 08:57PM I haven't tried this, so it's just speculation, but what about juicing some pumpkin, adding it to nut milk with a little raw honey or agave (naughty but nice) and add some punpkin pie spice? Seems like it would taste delicious. Sharrhan: [www.facebook.com] Re: Does anyone use pumpkin guts?
