I know it is not the same thing. I had an uncle that was narcoleptic, he was a big guy and deaf too. Would fall asleep mid sentence. Sleep apnea is stopping breathing, serious, if it was me I would be getting a full check up with a trusted professional, then continue with the healing raw foods. They are the only things that have helped me truly heal myself to date. You could be allergic to something you're eating. I think gluten & dairy can cause some people serious problems too.
