Blue Diamond Almonds

Are the 100 calorie packs of these considered raw? What brand should I look for that are raw? Thanks for your help...

Usually unless the packet specifically states it is raw, it is not. And, although I did not look it up, I doubt Blue Diamond Almonds are raw... they are a commercial bran.

Plus, in some states in the USA, there is a law banning nuts to be sold in big stores that have not at least been blanched... this is a requirement to minimize the chance of bacteria or other pathogens contaminating a large batch. So, be sure to really do your home work about it.

My best suggestion would be to check out a local farmer's market, health food store, or nut farm.

Some of these commercial products even contain MSG! Don't you hate that.
