Even if you're already all raw, I think it doesn't hurt to renew the commitment (if that's what you'd like to do). Or, Are people making other resolutions they'd like to share? Re: New Year's resolution to stay all raw all year in 2010?

Date: January 01, 2010 02:35AM At midnight I'll be toasting another alcohol free year with some fresh made OJ and re-committing to another year of the raw food lifestyle. Good luck to everyone in the new year. Re: New Year's resolution to stay all raw all year in 2010?

Date: January 01, 2010 04:45AM Wheatgrass Yogi,
I noticed your post script comment about skin fitting the body like a drum. Does a 100% raw organic juice diet (with wheatgrass, carrots, celery and chlorella) tighten the skin? If so, that may just become my new year's resolution. My favorite raw vegan Re: New Year's resolution to stay all raw all year in 2010?

You don't have to be as extreme as I am. Go with what 'speaks' to you. The secret is to minimize Fat, and eat small amounts.....WY Re: New Year's resolution to stay all raw all year in 2010?

Date: January 02, 2010 05:01AM I commit to being raw (well high raw) all year long and into the next year, I've been doing high raw since 2006 and it's become a habit. I've never been able to maintain 100% for any great length of time, but every year I get better and better. Re: New Year's resolution to stay all raw all year in 2010?

Date: January 02, 2010 11:49AM This is the year of polar plunges for me up in the chilly north. Having done one in December and one Jan. 1st, I plan to do one each month through the winter. Re: New Year's resolution to stay all raw all year in 2010?

Date: January 02, 2010 12:37PM I started another juice feast that will take me into an all raw 2010. I did a month long juice feast the last time and I am planning a 108 day this time. That as well as increased body weight exercise are my goals for the new year.
Blessing to all of you and be well. Re: New Year's resolution to stay all raw all year in 2010?

Date: January 03, 2010 07:42PM i want to add some more raw experience in my life. I have had a 1,5 year raw experience before, but lost my discipline. I hope to find some support and likeminded souls here. I already had my stove removed, so i can't cheat anymore.
So.... i guess i have started my raw experience from this moment on. HELP!!!!!!! Re: New Year's resolution to stay all raw all year in 2010?

Date: January 04, 2010 03:36AM Wow! Removed your stove - that'll help. It sounds like you're really ready to jump back in with both feet. Best wishes!!!
I have no cooked cravings, but salt is my weak spot. I hope to be salt-free eventually, but realistically it's just to cut way down right now. My favorite raw vegan Re: New Year's resolution to stay all raw all year in 2010?

Date: January 04, 2010 06:22AM I was'nt so hard to remove my stove, it was merely removing the iron plates from underneath the fire came. But i also removed my cookingpans and stuff, so i am making it hard to fall back.
I will keep y'all posted. Re: New Year's resolution to stay all raw all year in 2010?

Date: January 05, 2010 05:32PM I remember back in 2007 I got rid of my microwave & unplugged my stove. I remember deciding never to drink diet Dr. Pepper again! I told myself I'd make all my own dressings and dips. Getting rid of all plastic containers, pots & pans. And now 3 years later, I love my kitchen, how advanced I've become in knowing and my habits of raw food preperations!
So now again a new year and I will try to cut down on fats, overeating, and juicing more! Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
