Looking for vegan forum

Date: January 14, 2010 04:27PM ...that isn't just raw food but it's "healthy-ish". I have totally fallen off the wagon of raw, really can't keep it up for several reasons among them the fact that it is freezing in Ireland at present and has been for quite a while! So I wanted a vegan forum that helps me with recipes etc but I still don't want to eat processed foods, more like home-cooked pastas, soups, etc, lightly steamed veggies that kind of thing. The two forums that I've visited so far I have seen people going on about choco-pops and whatnot... Anyone out there know of a vegan forum for the health conscious? Re: Looking for vegan forum

I think cooking or not cooking is a basic difference in some vegan forums. It sounds like you are looking for a cooked vegan forum. Re: Looking for vegan forum

Date: January 15, 2010 03:02PM Google viva - they are a brilliant charity. They are not just vegan because they encourage people to be vegetarian too, as a first step. It is not a forum but if you contact them they might be able to suggest a forum. I am sugesting them to you because they are in the Uk and have a really good recipe section. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
