Hi there folks

was wondering if anyone had any advice on this, I've had a matstone juicer for a few years now and over the past year it's been getting worse and worse, till the motor just packed up today. I was going to just buy a new one, then I saw that Matstone juicers have a 12 year guarantee! only trouble is, I can't remember where I bought it... any ideas of what I could do? I've been googling for Matstone but I can't find any company details.

Any advice would be much appreciated smiling smiley

I would think that any company that sells Matstone juicer's (retailer) has communications with the distributor so they can order more products. Try calling the retailer to get the main company's phone number.
