Date: January 24, 2010 11:18PM Hello,
I am trying to find a spiral slicer that would cut zucchini into "spaghetti noodles." There are 2 spiral slicers at Rainbow Grocery in San Francisco, but neither one looks like it could do this. Can anyone direct me to a specific, (low-cost) product? Thank you, Sue Re: spiral slicer

The spiral slicer I mentioned above is sold under the Joyce Chen name; I neglected to look at the box first and confused it with another one. It is in fact identical to the Saladocco, and is really easy to use once you learn the right "technique." I was talking to a neighbor who has the Tsumapuro and it too works fantastically according to her. Re: spiral slicer
