Entrenched bureaucrats abound at CDC: Centers for Damaged Credibility

"Here are some plain, nonhysterical facts: The U.S. Centers for Disease Control is a bloated federal government agency with a long history of incompetence, fraud, secrecy, mission creep and shady alliances with both social justice causes on the left and private corporations on the big business right. The “deep state” of entrenched bureaucrats embedded in the Beltway bowels is alive and thriving at the CDC. The unelected elites who’ve occupied top offices at the public health-industrial complex are hostile to public scrutiny while clamoring for ever-ballooning budgets. Their recommendations have often been detrimental to citizens’ well-being and freedom."

So anyway, here's the thing about the CDC besides that they're part of The Deep State.

First of all, President Trump banned the practice of Critical Race Theory Courses and Workshops - that America is a horrible country that is Founded on Racism and Inherently Racist and Evil and all White People are Racists - from being taught at any Governmental/Federal Agency.

Here's a good article -

President Trump’s Ban on Critical Race Theory, Explained

Does Critical Race Theory promote racial harmony or does it "sow division" as the Trump administration claims? And what is its relation, if any, to Marxism?

[fee.org]

With the November election just around the corner, it’s only to be expected that President Trump would seek to rally conservative voters and drive his supporters to the polls. So, when his administration, on September 4, instructed the federal government to eliminate all training in “Critical Race Theory,” some thought it was just a red-meat stunt to excite the Republican base. Others saw it as an act of right-wing censorship and an obstruction of racial progress.

In truth, there’s much more to this development than mere politicization and censorship.

Here’s a breakdown of what the administration is doing and why it’s a welcome move.

The Executive Memo

“It has come to the President's attention that Executive Branch agencies have spent millions of taxpayer dollars to date ‘training’ government workers to believe divisive, anti-American propaganda,” Office of Management and Budget Director Russ Vought wrote in the executive memorandum.

“Employees across the Executive Branch have been required to attend trainings where they are told that ‘virtually all White people contribute to racism’ or where they are required to say that they ‘benefit from racism,’” Vought explained. “According to press reports, in some cases these training [sic] have further claimed that there is racism embedded in the belief that America is the land of opportunity or the belief that the most qualified person should receive a job.”

The order instructed federal agencies to identify and eliminate any contracts or spending that train employees in “critical race theory,” “white privilege,” “or any other training or propaganda effort that teaches or suggests either that the United States is an inherently racist or evil country or that any race or ethnicity is inherently racist or evil.”

The days of taxpayer-funded indoctrination trainings that sow division and racism are over. Under the direction of @POTUS we are directing agencies to halt critical race theory trainings immediately.

Here is the President's Memorandum -

The Exposé

How did it "come to the President's attention," and what press reports is Vought referring to?

Well, President Trump is known to watch Tucker Carlson's show on Fox News. And days before the memo was issued, Carlson had on journalist Christopher Rufo to discuss his multiple reports uncovering the extent to which Critical Race Theory (CRT) was being used in federal training programs.

"For example, Rufo claimed, the Treasury Department recently hired a diversity trainer who said the U.S. was a fundamentally White supremacist country," wrote Sam Dorman for the Fox News web site, "and that White people upheld the system of racism in the nation. In another case, which Rufo discussed with Carlson last month, Sandia National Laboratories, which designs nuclear weapons, sent its white male executives to a mandatory training in which they, according to Rufo, wrote letters apologizing to women and people of color."

Rufo challenged President Trump to use his executive authority to extirpate CRT from the federal government.

As I told @TuckerCarlson tonight: I call on President @realDonaldTrump to immediately issue an executive order abolishing critical race theory from the federal government.

There is no place for this toxic, divisive, pseudoscientific ideology in our public institutions. pic.twitter.com/78J0CwNjfh

And here's the best part -

Christopher Rufo on Tucker Carlson EXPOSING the Treason of The Left who has Politicized the Federal Agencies (Obama) -

Critical Race Theory Has Infiltrated the Federal Government | Christopher Rufo on Fox News

Critical race theory is a theoretical framework, rooted in Marxism, that posits individuals as oppressed or oppressor based on their skin color.

Beginning in the 1960s, higher education became permeated with critical theory. Critical theory, also rooted in Marxism, says that we must understand our beliefs—including on religion and politics—vis-a-vis the “means of production”; namely, businesses and industries. In this view, it’s in the business owners’ interest to create laws, social norms, and ideas that keep them in power.

Later on, this concept was applied to race, gender, and other identities. Critical race theorists see these identities as social constructs that support systems of oppression.

Regrettably, these theories have permeated higher education, the mainstream media, and, most recently, the responses to Floyd’s killing in the custody of Minneapolis police officers.

Christopher Rufo joined Fox News on September 1, 2020, to not only discuss the dangers of critical race theory, but how it has infiltrated the federal government.

Christopher Rufo is a visiting fellow in domestic policy studies, focusing on homelessness.

Tell that to all the BLACK SLAVES, and the UNTOLD slaughtered NATIVE AMERICAN SLAVES, The CHINESE SLAVES, MEXICAN AMERICAN SLAVES etc., etc.

"Kind of like how even now, Mexican immigrants do all the back-breaking labor to grow raw foods for lazy Amerikan Raw Food Diets. White Amerikans have always LIVED on the backs of the physically stronger races, so they can pursue deranged activities like politics, and economics. Greatest country on Earth my white ass (trying to tan that @#$%&)"...

Black Slavery:
Americans in the 19th century thought of or spoke of their country as in Jefferson phrase -- an "empire of liberty." And the history of the United States was conceived of as part of the progress of mankind and the spread of liberty throughout the world. And you can see this in graphic illustrations of the period -- of liberty leading people westward. And progress was the essence of the American story.

Now, in the South, southern slaveowners insisted that slavery was absolutely essential to that story of progress. Without slavery, you could not have civilization, they said. Slavery freed the upper class from the need to do manual labor, to worry about economic day-to-day realities, and therefore gave them the time and the intellectual ability to devote themselves to the arts and literature and mechanical advantages and inventions of all kinds. So that it was slavery itself which made the progress of civilization possible.

Now, northerners by this period wouldn't have put it exactly that way, because they lived in a non-slave area. But I think in the North, the connection of slavery and American growth was really sort of ignored. In other words, people would talk about the expansion of the "empire of liberty" and never quite mention that millions of people in this "empire of liberty" were slaves.

Native Americans:
Andrés Reséndez is a historian at the University of California Davis, and the author of The Other Slavery: The Uncovered Story of Indian Enslavement in America.

"Unlike African slavery, which was legal for centuries and sanctioned by states and empires around the world, Indian slavery was very early on made illegal," Reséndez says. "However, because Native American labor had been essential to all of the economic activities going on during this first generation of colonialism, it was unthinkable for the European colonists to do without native slaves. And so they very quickly devised all kinds of subterfuges and euphemisms in order to continue to profit from the coerced labor of natives by calling it different names."

Chinese:
The history of Chinese Americans or the history of ethnic Chinese in the United States includes three major waves of Chinese immigration to the United States, beginning in the 19th century. Chinese immigrants in the 19th century worked as laborers, particularly on transcontinental railroads such as the Central Pacific Railroad. They also worked as laborers in mining, and suffered racial discrimination at every level of society. Industrial employers were eager for this new and cheap labor, whites were stirred to anger by the "yellow peril." Despite provisions for equal treatment of Chinese immigrants in the 1868 Burlingame Treaty, political and labor organizations rallied against immigrants of what they regarded as a degraded race and "cheap Chinese labor."

Newspapers condemned employers, and even church leaders denounced the arrival of these aliens into what was regarded as a land for whites only. So hostile was the opposition that in 1882 the United States Congress passed the Chinese Exclusion Act prohibiting immigration from China for the following ten years. This law was then extended by the Geary Act in 1892. The Chinese Exclusion Act is seen by some as the only U.S. law ever to prevent immigration and naturalization on the basis of race.[1] These laws not only prevented new immigration but also the reunion of the families of thousands of Chinese men already living in the United States who had left China without their wives and children. Anti-miscegenation laws in many Western states also prohibited the Chinese men from marrying white women.[2]

Mexican Americans:
The Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo, which ended the Mexican-American War in 1848, promised US citizenship to the nearly 75,000 Mexicans living in what had just become the American Southwest. Approximately 90 percent of them accepted the offer and chose to stay in the United States.

Despite promises made in the treaty, these Mexican Americans quickly lost their land to white settlers who displaced the rightful landowners—by force if necessary. Mexican Americans in California—or Californios, as they came to be known—found that their demands for legal redress mostly fell upon deaf ears. In some instances, judges and lawyers would permit legal cases to proceed through an expensive legal process only to the point where Mexican American landowners who insisted on holding their ground were rendered penniless for their efforts.
Much like Chinese immigrants, Mexican American citizens were relegated to the worst-paying jobs under the worst working conditions. They worked as peóns (manual laborers similar to slaves), vaqueros (cattle herders), and cartmen, transporting food and supplies, on the cattle ranches that white landowners possessed, or they undertook the most hazardous mining tasks.

CDC is a Private Organization – Not Government!
Posted Mar 26, 2020 by Martin Armstrong

Some people have questioned my concern over both the CDC and John Hopkins University is a PRIVATE organization where the CDC accepts private funding – NOT ONLY GOVERNMENT! The CDC is quasi-government under the Department of Health and Human Services which strangely has sources of funding that are predicated on the fact that it also has a private 501(c)(3) public charity, like the Clinton Foundation. The CDC Foundation receives charitable contributions and philanthropic grants from individuals, foundations, corporations, universities, NGOs and other organizations to advance the work of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. This is NOT a government-funded organization. It is not exclusively a government-funded – very curious.

Yes, and there are a lot of those, I think. Too bad we can't get rid of all of them. Instead the politicians create more.

What happened after Trump banned Governmental Agencies from requiring all their employees to take the CRT - Critical Race Theory - courses/workshops, TRAINING, was that The CDC ignored the ban and would not cancel their upcoming CRT Training.

CDC Moving Ahead with Critical Race Theory Trainings Despite Trump Order

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention appears to be moving forward with critical race theory trainings for employees despite an executive order from President Trump ordering federal agencies to end such taxpayer-funded training programs.

Trump issued an executive order earlier this month requiring federal agencies to “cease and desist from using taxpayer dollars to fund these divisive, un-American propaganda training sessions” and directing the Office of Management and Budget to issue guidance on implementing the order.

Nevertheless, the CDC is debuting a 13-week critical race theory program that aims to address the country’s “white supremacist ideology.”

BOMBSHELL: The @CDCgov is moving forward with a critical race theory training program—in violation of @POTUS' executive action.

I've obtained leaked documents that outline the CDC's plan to "examine the mechanisms of systemic racism" and address "White supremacist ideology."

— Christopher F. Rufo (@realchrisrufo) September 14, 2020

The training series, dubbed “Naming, Measuring, and Addressing the Impacts of Racism on the Health and Well-Being of the Nation and the World,” will feature an American Public Health Association presentation from instructor Camara Phyllis Jones, a physician and civil rights activist.

The program will teach CDC employees how to “identify three levels of racism” and “examine the mechanisms of systemic racism.” The first three sessions focus on “racism, sexism, and other systems of structured inequality,” and instruct trainees how to “address institutionalized racism.”

Later sessions focus on “racism as a public health crisis.” The CDC blames “systemic racism” for “police killings of unarmed Black and Brown men and women” and the “view of Black men as inherently threatening” as well as “the disproportionate impact of COVID-19 on communities of color.”

The training sessions also advise CDC employees that they must “target” certain “societal barriers to achieving health equity” including a “narrow focus on the individual,” the “myth of American exceptionalism,” and the “myth of meritocracy,” defined as, “If you work hard you will make it.

The final session in the training series encourages and instructs CDC employees to take action on racism, including on “policy and legislation.”

Last week, Republican Senator Josh Hawley called on Congress to investigate why federal agencies spent taxpayer dollars on critical race theory trainings, suggesting that in doing so the agencies may have violated federal law.

“I think that the president’s action here to stop funding is absolutely appropriate,” the Missouri senator said. “I personally wonder if there has been a federal law violation. It’s not clear to me that these agencies actually had authority under congressional appropriations to spend that money, the way that they were doing it. So, I really wonder if we got some federal legal issues.”

So Jennifer, how about addressing the wanton murder, racism and slavery this "great" country was founded on? In reality they took what WAS great, the Native American way of Life with reverence for Nature/Life, and destroyed it for something inferior, slavery in disguise in the form of economics, indoor living in massive housing and cities, schooling/brainwashing, jobs and politics. BRAVO!!!

How To Disprove The 6 Most Outrageous Myths Of The 1619 Project

Nearly a year since anti-American 1619 Project was unveiled, far too many of its egregious historical falsehoods have been blindly accepted by the media.

[thefederalist.com]

The 1619 Project’s fabrications commit a horrific injustice on American history. The project perpetuates dangerous myths about the country’s founding, and by painting its roots as structurally racist and oppressive, it stokes racial tensions.

Yet despite the project’s myriad erroneous claims, they have been widely accepted and even celebrated. This must be countered. So, here are some of the most egregious myths this project foists on the country, along with corrections.

(Even The New York Times, Creators of the The Fiction - The 1619 Project - has had to walk back it's LIE that America was Founded on Slavery)

News Flash:

US NOT founded on slavery after all? #1619Gate trends as NYT project memory-holes its central claim

In what seemed like damage control after President Donald Trump threatened to defund schools teaching the 1619 Project, the New York Times has dropped its claim that US history began with slavery, triggering an immense backlash.

All hell broke loose after the chief author of the 1619 Project attempted on Friday to quietly reverse course on the project’s claim that 1619 – the year the first African slaves arrived on American shores – was the nation’s “true” founding. Critics also revealed that the paper itself had quietly changed its own text. Even one of the project leader's former colleagues ripped into the paper’s lapse in “journalistic ethics” on Sunday, triggering further backlash to the backlash.

SO The 1619 Project was FOUNDED ON A LIE.

*********

Must-Read:

The New York Times and Nikole Hannah-Jones abandon key claims of the 1619 Project

The New York Times, without announcement or explanation, has abandoned the central claim of the 1619 Project: that 1619, the year the first slaves were brought to Colonial Virginia—and not 1776—was the “true founding” of the United States.

The initial introduction to the Project, when it was rolled out in August 2019, stated that

"The 1619 Project is a major initiative from the New York Times observing the 400th anniversary of the beginning of American slavery. It aims to reframe the country’s history, understanding 1619 as our true founding, and placing the consequences of slavery and the contributions of black Americans at the very center of the story we tell ourselves about who we are."

The revised text now reads:

"The 1619 Project is an ongoing initiative from The New York Times Magazine that began in August 2019, the 400th anniversary of the beginning of American slavery. It aims to reframe the country’s history by placing the consequences of slavery and the contributions of black Americans at the very center of our national narrative."

A similar change was made from the print version of the 1619 Project, which has been sent out to millions of school children in all 50 states. The original version read:

"In August of 1619, a ship appeared on this horizon, near Point Comfort, a coastal port in the British colony of Virginia. It carried more than 20 enslaved Africans, who were sold to the colonists. America was not yet America, but this was the moment it began. No aspect of the country that would be formed here has been untouched by the 250 years of slavery that followed."

The website version has deleted the key claim. It now reads:

"In August of 1619, a ship appeared on this horizon, near Point Comfort, a coastal port in the English colony of Virginia. It carried more than 20 enslaved Africans, who were sold to the colonists. No aspect of the country that would be formed here has been untouched by the years of slavery that followed."

It is not entirely clear when the Times deleted its “true founding” claim, but an examination of old cached versions of the 1619 Project text indicates that it probably took place on December 18, 2019.

These deletions are not mere wording changes. The “true founding” claim was the core element of the Project’s assertion that all of American history is rooted in and defined by white racial hatred of blacks. According to this narrative, trumpeted by Project creator Nikole Hannah-Jones, the American Revolution was a preemptive racial counterrevolution waged by white people in North America to defend slavery against British plans to abolish it. The fact that there is no historical evidence to support this claim did not deter the Times and Hannah-Jones from declaring that the historical identification of 1776 with the creation of a new nation is a myth, as is the claim that the Civil War was a progressive struggle aimed at the destruction of slavery. According to the New York Times and Hannah-Jones, the fight against slavery and all forms of oppression were struggles that black Americans always waged alone.

The Times’ “disappearing,” with a few secret keystrokes, of its central argument, without any explanation or announcement, is a stunning act of intellectual dishonesty and outright fraud. When it launched the 1619 Project in August 2019, the Times proclaimed that its aim was to radically change what and how students were taught about American history. With the aim of creating a new syllabus based on the 1619 Project, hundreds of thousands of copies of the original version of the narrative, as published in the New York Times Magazine, were printed and distributed to schools, museums and libraries all across the United States. A very large number of schools declared that they would align their curricula in accordance with the narrative supplied by the Times.

The deletion of the claim that 1619 was the “true founding” came to light this past Friday, September 18.

Whites were also Slaves in some places at some times ...

Blacks also owned Slaves all over the World ...

If you want to talk about Slavery, the Muslims were the biggest slavers ...

THE DEMOCRATS WERE THE PARTY OF SLAVERY.

THE REPUBLICAN PARTY WAS FOUNDED ON AND CHAMPIONED AGAINST SLAVERY FOR A CENTURY.

And the most important point of all -

Because there was slavery in all the world in all the countries centuries ago, does not mean that We Whites are All Racists and that America is a Horrible Country and that any other Country is Better Than America.

THAT WAS THEN; THIS IS NOW. No Slavery now, and no 'Systemic Racism' and 'Institutional Racism' and 'Inherent Racism' and all those other CONSTRUCTS OF THE LEFT THAT ARE FABRICATED CREATED SUBJECTIVE PERSPECTIVE CONCEPTS of The Left. Lies, Lies and More Lies!

Rep. Ilhan Omar on Trump's racist attack: 'He spreads the disease of hate'

"Ya, lets see white people of this country doing the back breaking labor of growing artificial foodstuffs that raw vegans prize. Ain't gonna happen. Even cattlemen NEED the immigrants"...

Democratic Rep. Ilhan Omar hit back at President Donald Trump, calling him "racist" after he disparaged her Tuesday during a campaign rally and falsely implied that she's not American.

"The President clearly loves to prey on people's fears (Jennifer in a NUTshell). He spreads the disease of hate everywhere he goes, and these cult rallies that he's holding across the country are now being fueled by fear (Jennifers driving motive), and it is no surprise that he is so fearful of winning Minnesota that he has to resort to this hate," Omar told CNN's Brianna Keilar on "Right Now" Wednesday.

"Not only is he a racist, but he's a racist xenophobic. Because he's not against immigration, he's just against immigrants who look like me," she added.

"She's telling us how to run our country. How did you do where you came from? How is your country doing?" Trump said Tuesday night at his rally in Moon Township, Pennsylvania.

Trump's comments come as he faces a tough reelection against his 2020 rival Joe Biden and has chosen to run a racially divisive campaign, digging into cultural battles.

Omar told CNN on Wednesday said the attacks from the "highest office in the country" are "completely reshaping the societal outlooks of our country, and it's quite shameful."

I watched Trumps speech in horror and utter dis-belief. I cannot fathom how a raw foodist could listen to that hypocritical bile and not see through it. To me it shows that raw food is nothing, that NATURAL LIFEstyle is EVERYTHING. To not be physically immersed in Nature most of one's days, is what is unhealthy.

The white pale race as Arnold Ehret pointed out, is the CORPSE race, the race of DEATH. They are deadly in action, thought, and deed, and it is primarily LIFEstyle driven. Deprived of the influence of the FORCES OF LIFE, they are agents of DEATH.

The Bio-Photon theory is BS. One needs to be in Sun/Light, breathing Air of mountaintops, bathing in WILD waters, and eating WILD, non-HYBRIDIZED foods from the Earth. Veganism in the WILD without farming is an impossibility. Without this, one cannot think straight, which is WHY the cities are the centers of chaos.

The politicians LIVE in them and eat the foods thereof, bath in chlorinated showers, breath fake polluted AIR,and are spouting out DESTRUCTIVE nonsense, being the product of those ARTIFICIAL environments, never seeing the Sun/Light of TRUTH.

"And now I speak to you in the living tongue of the Living God/SunLight.There is none yet among you that can understand all this of which I speak. Trump, therefore, can all men understand, for all men are diseased and all are in death. No one sees the Sun/Light of LIFE. Blind man leads blind on the dark paths of sins, diseases and sufferings; and at the last all fall into the pit of DEATH."

After the CDC refused to cancel their 13-Week CRT Training, the White House Cancelled it -

White House cancels CDC’s ‘critical race theory’ training after Trump ban

[nypost.com]

The White House on Tuesday said it’s canceling a training course at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention that appeared to flout President Trump’s recent ban on programs that use “critical race theory.”

“Glad to report, per @POTUS’s directive, this training is being cancelled immediately,” White House budget director Russ Vought wrote on Twitter.

Christopher Rufo of the Discovery Institute published documents on Monday from what he said was a 13-week CDC series called “Naming, Measuring, and Addressing the Impacts of Racism on the Health and Well-Being of the Nation and the World.”

The trainings taught how to view “racism as a public health crisis” and said “systemic racism” causes “police killings of unarmed Black and Brown men and women” and “the disproportionate impact of COVID-19 on communities of color.”

Rufo was influential in publicizing other federal uses of the academic theory, which applies a focus on race rather than individuals to social issues and history. He said the CDC course was “textbook critical race theory.”

Trump’s ban on critical race theory trainings also forbade references to “white privilege.”

The ban was implemented through a memo written by Vought. “It has come to the President’s attention that Executive Branch agencies have spent millions of taxpayer dollars to date ‘training’ government workers to believe divisive, anti-American propaganda,” the memo said.

The CDC did not immediately respond to a request for comment from The Post.

Some Democrats have pushed in the opposite direction. “Squad” member Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-Mass.) recently called on the government to declare racism a public health crisis.

A bill written by Pressley would establish within the CDC “at least 3 regional centers of excellence … in antiracism for the purpose of developing new knowledge in the science and practice of antiracism in health.” The bill also would establish a CDC Law Enforcement Violence Prevention Program.

*********

BTW, many LIBERAL Cities, Towns and States have declared "Racism" a Public Health Crisis. Again - Bullcrap.

Here's Christopher Rufo on Glenn Beck discussing the CDC's refusal to cancel their Critical Race Theory 13-Week Training -

BTW - PAID FOR BY WE TAXPAYERS - the Taxpayers are and have been paying for all these Federal Governmental CRT Trainings. There have already been loads of trainings happening for years now, btw.

PROOF: CDC shows deep state existence by directly violating Trump order on critical race theory

Christopher Rufo, Director for the Center on Wealth and Poverty, explains to Glenn his recent document dump: a training seminar for CDC employees on critical race theory, which includes lessons on destroying American exceptionalism, using the center to fight white supremacy, and treating racism as a health crisis. But here's the problem: President Trump already issued an executive order banning any federal agency from purporting critical race theory or its teachings. So, what's the definition for a group of federal (un-elected) officials who think they're above a direct order from a duly elected one? That's right: a deep state.

I think you're incapable and/or unwilling to acknowledge the severe psychopathology of this wretched human being. He's the most dangerous person on the planet and no matter how screwed up the American political system is, Donald Trump is an anomaly--he's so clearly lacking in empathy, intelligence, remorse, humility and conscience--that I find it incredible that those who defend him in any way are still doing so.

Yup, consistently have my EYE on the TRUE PRIZES OF LIFE, instead of WASTING all my time and energy and LIFEtime to some bloated, fast food guzzling, orange Jabba the Hut, MF.

(You forgot Water & Earth, but that's not surprising as you stay in your house all day, only looking at NATURE through the window, all the while with Fox "News" shows blaring through your "Smart" TV morning to night while taking "notes".)

She doesn't but you do. Yet I can see through the scam going on here, I'm here to break up the cult:

And every person I've read that has studied cults extensively views the Republican Party under Trump as a cult. No matter what Trump does or says, there will be those who believe him. (Jennifer gets the chills). They will believe the lies, the exaggerations, the stupid anti-science stances, the hubris, the mockery, the disdain for people--it makes no difference. That's certainly a cult-like devotion.

Anyway, the next thing that happened was that after the Ban on CRT training of Federal Agencies, and some Federal Agencies weren't ceasing - the EPA, the VA, the CDC - Trump signed an Executive Order to stop all CRT training of Governmental Employees.

PRESIDENT SIGNS EXECUTIVE ORDER ABOLISHING CRITICAL RACE THEORY

[christopherrufo.com]

September 22, 2020

BREAKING: The President has issued a full Executive Order abolishing critical race theory from the federal government, the military, and all federal contractors.

The president has effectively declared war on critical race theory—and extended the battlefield to all of our major institutions.

To begin, the president explains that our nation was founded on the ideal that “all men are created equal” and denounces critical race theory’s “pernicious and false belief that America is an irredeemably racist and sexist country.”

The President writes that the “malign ideology” of critical race theory “is now migrating from the fringes of American society and threatens to infect core institutions of country.” He cites my original reporting on the Treasury Department, Argonne National Labs, and Sandia Labs.

The point on federal contractors is a major escalation: if a private company wants to work with the US government, they can no longer teach critical race theory anywhere in their offices. This could potentially disrupt CRT programs in half of the Fortune 500.

The executive order will also disrupt the flow of money to academia’s critical race theory programs. The order stops all federal grants that support CRT—with the potential to cripple hundreds of academic projects moving forward.

Finally, the executive order has a strong enforcement component: all federal diversity programs must be approved directly by OMB and OPM, and agencies are directed to initiate adverse action proceedings against managers who continue to hold CRT trainings. Furthermore, the President instructs the Attorney General to assess whether critical race theory trainings create a “hostile work environment” and constitute a violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.

The President’s executive order is nothing short of astonishing: he has used all of the mechanisms of power to destroy the anti-American ideology of critical race theory—and immediately takes the fight to the bureaucracy, woke corporations, and universities. He is playing to win.

When I began my reporting, I visualized a single goal: persuading the President of the United States to abolish critical race theory in the federal government. With this executive order, he has gone much further—and taken a dramatic step towards saving the country.

And with that Executive Order Trump's original Ban was expanded to include the following :

(BTW, The Left is using the phrase "diversity training" to make CRT Training more inoccuous)

Trump expands ban on US money for certain diversity training

September 22, 2020 8:26 pm

President Donald Trump on Tuesday issued an order that he said will expand a ban on the use of federal money for certain diversity training.

Trump earlier this month ordered his administration to stop paying for critical race theory diversity training in federal agencies. He said his new order will expand the prohibition on training for the U.S. military, government contractors, and and other federal grantees.

“A few weeks ago, I BANNED efforts to indoctrinate government employees with divisive and harmful sex and race-based ideologies,” Trump tweeted shortly before issuing the order. “Today, I’ve expanded that ban to people and companies that do business with our country.”

The initial memo announcing the restrictions by the Office of Management and Budget came as the nation faced a reckoning this summer over racial injustice in policing and other spheres of American life.

Trump in recent months has repeatedly defended the display of the Confederate battle flag and monuments of Civil War rebels from protesters seeking their removal. It’s part of what he has called a “culture war” ahead of the Nov. 3 election.

Last week, he announced plans to establish a commission to promote patriotic education dubbed the 1776 Commission. The panel, he said, would be tasked with encouraging educators to teach students “about the miracle of American history” and plan for the commemoration of the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence.

The new order took issue with the Treasury Department for recently holding a seminar that promoted arguments that “virtually all White people, regardless of how ‘woke’ they are, contribute to racism” and training materials from Argonne National Laboratories, a federal entity in suburban Chicago, that included language that racism “is interwoven into every fabric of America.”

It listed other examples of government training that the administration says runs contrary to the idea that all individuals are created equal and should be allowed an equal opportunity under the law to pursue happiness and prosper based on individual merit.

“Such ideas may be fashionable in the academy, but they have no place in programs and activities supported by Federal taxpayer dollars,” the order said.
