Mixing dried fruit and nuts are going to cause problems after eating them for some time, as dried fruit are much sweeter than fresh fruit, and nuts are high in fat. This high fat/high sugar combination is not good for anyone concerned about their insulin level/hypoglycemia/hyperclycemia/insulin resistance. The healthiest breakfast to eat is just fresh whole ripe organic raw fruit.

If all you're eating is a little nuts, raisins and flax seeds you're going to get serious nutritional deficiencies. Do you eat vegetables?
