Powerlifer: I used to work in a health store about ten years ago and I recall us selling pine needle extract or something along those lines...I wonder if it has the same properties?

pine needle extract is different from the pollen and thus has different benefits.

Pine pollen is really great its funny all these people promoting it now thinking daniel vitalis brought it to the market, its been around for years and been around in traditional chinese medicine for 1000+ years.

Its great but only if your not allergic to it of course, contains over 200 nutrients/compounds so its great for filling in the cracks/deficiencies aswell as the other phytonutrients it contains. But as always a good diet comes first before supplements.

DW cleary went wrong years ago when wallet greens became a priorty to be gotten at the expense of total comprimise of living foods to just high profit dead bottled junk. I myself finally and forever wrote him off after seeing a video of him saying mushrooms are floating around the whole universe, the center of the sun is chocholate, and center of the earth is made of gogi berries.

What is love?
Can the child within my heart rise above?
Can I sail through the changing ocean tides?
Can I handle the seasons of my life?

I think he jumped the shark when he added started calling himself 'David Avocado.' He became the stereotypical "space cadet" type of raw fooder/health nut.

David brings more people to raw and sends more away with conviction that its just not a sustainable dietary choice. Heck, I dont blame em, when you try and do raw with low fruit, your setting yourself up for chronic fatigue, obesity, anorexia, depression, candida issues etc.
