wheatgrass- powders

Hi, are the wheatgrass powders any good, as far as nutrional value is concerned?
wondering whther its worth buying. I'm sure nothiong beats the fresh squeezed stuff, but I'm a bit challenged and lazy.

also anybody familiar with " Dr. Kim?"
he sells a powdered greens formula. wondering whther that is any good.
