the best time to eat fruits is when you want to... I personaly don't eat anything before or after a workout....anything you eat will use up energy to digest. Re: Raw Fitness: 30 Day Raw Challenge

Date: August 31, 2006 04:22PM FO.. continueing the quest man... eating more fruit cuz it's all I want right now. I seem to have a problem with honeydew though, which I found surprising. I only want cantaloupe and watermelon right now mainly and some greens.
However, I hurt my back running for a drop shot my wife hit this morning playing tennis... For some reason I think that's funny! I'll do my best to join though! Re: Raw Fitness: 30 Day Raw Challenge

Date: September 01, 2006 03:57PM Fruitarian One, I just wanted to say thanks - I added more fruit after my leg workout and I felt great! In terms of muscle soreness - like I'd be mildly sore for a few hours then start feeling REALLY sore, like barely able to walk and think "time for more E3Live" - then I ate some grapefruit after that and voila! Muscle soreness gone for several hours.
I know the E3Live works even on its own so I'm actually not sure what role, if any, fruit had - but the improvement was so dramatic that I'm going to stick to it from now on. E3Live plus fruit. I had some really cool, very perceptible ups and downs in terms of degree of muscle soreness in the past few days after my leg workout depending on what I've eaten so I've been able to tell what works well.
