Here is the list of foods with sulfur:

I am not surprised about the seeds, egss, meat, but watermelon?

I think it's good to remove the copper because an overdose of copper unbalances glands like the adrenal glands and copper competes with zinc.

Where does it says sulfur removes, copper, I just saw it was about impaired sulfur metabolism

I have a severe copper deficiency and I used to use all the high sulfur foods that were being promoted as removing mercury etc ie MSM so am curious to see where it says sulfur removes copper

Here is a text about removing copper for the benefit of the body (I would think that not many people need that):

Thank you, I find it a bit curious that there is a wealth of info on copper toxicity on the net, and how dangerous it is, and that zinc etc are more important, but hardly anything on copper deficiency which can also be genetic and fatal, ie Menkes syndrome.

Ariel55

that's probably because not a lot of people have Menke's syndrome
i've never even heard of it til now

so most of the information out there will be posted for the majority
which is , in your case, not so good

but oh well, the good thing about it is that you will know which foods to AVOID

this is just as equally helpful and beneficial to you

look at the silver lining

all the information concerning copper deficiency will directly relate to you if you look at doing the very opposite

Sorry, I had some old messages there, cleaned it up now.

Yes, the most interesting concept is that blood type is defined by pH - and that normal pH is not around 7.42 but at 7.00. He seems to be a little nuts, but his science seems to be convincing.
