veggie plate! need suggestions come here lol

i am sick of eating salad

i want to do veggie plate with hummus

i can't eat carrots

does anyone have any suggestions

so far i have raw cucumber and raw brocoli, i'm thinking of doing raw kale or raw mustard greens

Red bell peppers, made into sticks, also works.

You can make a raw hummus using zucchini rather than garbanzo beans for an easier-to-digest option.

Watch the raw broccoli as it contains goitrogens which interfere with the thyroids ability to uptake iodine.

celery, bell peppers, zucchini, avocado, tomatoes.

Snow peas! Fresh peas in the shell, though they are not in season now. Radishes are so tasty, asparagus is good too, sprouts are my faves.
