Date: October 25, 2010 02:11AM I have just found out that there is such a thing as raw pumpkin seed butter. Has anyone here ever bought this and what did you think of it? Apparently it is kind of pricey. Do you think it's worth it? Tks. Re: Pumpkin seed butter

Date: October 26, 2010 07:05PM No, I didn't, because I'm really only eating fruit these days. Lots of golden kiwis and fresh dates (far superior to dried) right now. But when I was eating nuts and seeds- pumpkin seeds were a favorite, as well as macadamias. But I think reducing nuts and seeds in favor of fresh fruits is optimal.
