Date: November 04, 2010 09:13AM It's not raw, but I guess if you're cooking with it, it doesn't matter much. Anything that comes in tin can't be the best quality. It's very rare to find a true, organic raw olive oil. There's only a couple in the U.S. and maybe 1-2 others imported.
