along with exercise and a sauna, evidently research shows it is the fastest and the most complete detoxification system. I've been detoxifying many ways since the 60s. I heard of this process but because I believe so strongly in Dr. Mercola I want to do this right. and of course it starts with the right product. what is your Experience or what is your wisdom. and where's the best place to purchase it. and of course at the best price. Date: December 02, 2010 05:43PM large amounts of niacin can makke you jumpy and irritable and in some cases cause some severe rash/redness and make your pupils quite large
(i know this because id use a bunch of niacin to get these symptoms and then ditch highschool classes lol)

Its not an actual rash (unless your allergic), but a major dilation of the blood vessels, which most people find really unpleasant, and you CANNOT go out in the sun while in this condition...you can end up burning in literally no time, plus the sun is extremely painful on the flushed skin... i dunno if I really suggest it unless you need to detox really bad, really fast... I have a feeling its not exactly the healthiest way to cleanse...it definitely works though... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Oh, mirror in the sky What is love?
