id personally be interested mostly in stuff that helps support the adrenals, and natural anti-depressants, but books, or a cool vegan t shirt would also be an good prize too, you could even set up multiple prizes of similar value that people can choose from, but are much different... that could work too...

Thanks for the opinions, as you'll prob know curator i have access to whatever is stocked at my store so maybe ill just make it a voucher to spend as you wish at [www.amlaberry.co.uk] that way who ever wins could purchase some raw foods such as chia if they wish or herbs etc.

t-shirt came into my thoughts also coco, will look into some possible designs, if anyone has any ideas or slogans they'd be much appreciated.

Much like if anyone has any cool ideas for the competition ie how to pick a winner, or could just put the names into a hat etc

Why not a shirt that says Fruit! In fruity letters? Or Salad! In veggies... Or RAW! In fruits and veggies!

that could be awesome! and its making me kinda hungry.. also, when I read "RAW!" I for some reason thought you said RAWR! and pictured you as a roaring half lion,lol

(what about fruit! mayde from fruit like you said on one side (front maybe?) and salad! on the back? made from veggies like you where saying... cover both! lol... then raw in tiny letters that look like sprouts...i dunno, we sure are getting creative here,LOL... I wish I was a better artist, I could draw up some cool ideas... although personally I think store voucher might be better, as one could probably get more from that then they could from a custom t-shirt, as it would be rather pricey to make such a complex custom shirt, unless one is a good artist their self...

Im liking the idea of using fruits and vegetables to make up even the name of the site for t-shirts non-competition might look into that.

hmmm, well, it might be easier for the person to just peruse your site then tell you what they want that would be within the voucher amount? then again, that would make it difficult if they wanted to purchase more than what the voucher would cover... especially with shipping being in the picture, international shipping is getting crazy these days,lol

Yeah international shipping can be abit of a nightmare especially when it comes to heavy weights, what im finding is that its near on par with UK to UK shipping though recently. Im going to try mod the shop so i can do the voucher thing then will get back to yous on what style of competition we should do.

Munching my way through about near 100g of dried raw incan berries today lol so doing a little article on there benefits at the moment. So tart and sour but lovely.

hey powerlifer, great website, loved the article on exercise, yep I hate gyms, love any kind of exercise using body weight found a good little tool in TK Macs, cost about £4, basically just a stretchy cord with handles attached, great for extra resistance though! any ideas where I could get an AbWheel? that looked awesome on the vid, he makes it look too easy though, bet I'd be greetin lol

weird, just noticed the town you're in, I'm going to see a hypnotherapist soon (past life regression) that's from the same place!

Hey lisa thanks, nice one there called resistance bands and are quite useful for adding extra resistance as you say. They used to be in the likes of asda for next to nothing you can get them online easily enough from most gym equipment sites.

Hey coco, no problem i think i might tackle that first before the reishi etc.

One of my favorite topics allergies, when my adrenals crashed big time i became allergic to multiple things, even encountering dust when cleaning would send me to sleep, not counting the multiple food allergens, that was a horrid time lol.
