Date: January 27, 2011 11:21PM I was wondering what everyone thinks are the best health books. I have read a ton of raw food books. Now I am looking for books on herbs, sprouting, fasting, positive thinking, or any other books that have great info in them on health. :-)
Thanks! Re: health/raw food books

Date: January 28, 2011 01:39AM If you've read tons of raw books, don't they cover sprouting and fasting? I like Ann Wigmore's sprouting book, Bragg's book called "The Miracle of Fasting," Stever Meyerwitz (totally wrong spelling) on juice fasting and sprouting, David Wolfe's (yeah, I said it) "Sunfood Success System," which is raw foods meets Think and Grow Rich (positive thinking). For overall info on all aspects of fermentation, raw food recipes, etc., I really think Ani Phyo's new hardcover book is awesome. Re: health/raw food books

Most good information can be found online although it is a mine field, the best health books are usually biology and human physiology texts in my opinion. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
