If you heat something that contain b-vitamins at 300 degrees Farenheit, will they all be intact?

Or will some of them be destroyed in the owen?

I think you lose more folate than any other thing in the B family. Here is the USDA data for sweet potato:

sweet potato raw, 100 g
kcal 86
thiamin 0.1 mg
riboflavin 0.1 mg
niacin 0.6 mg
b6 0.2 mg
folate 11 mcg
pantothenic acid 0.8 mg

sweet potato baked, 100 g
kcal 90
thiamin 0.1 mg
riboflavin 0.1 mg
niacin 1.5 mg
b6 0.3 mg
folate 6 mcg
pantothenic acid 0.9 mg

But USDA fudges the cooked data; they actually measure the nutrient data for raw foods and then they use fudge factors to approximate losses for cooking. You might have to see another source, such as Souci if you want a better answer and that would also depend on the particular food type.
