I know I said in the nedsin thread that bodybuilders make me want to vomit. Afterwards, I thougt I should have qualified that remark to be that steroid bodybuilders have that effect on me. It's just that when you catch a glimpse of a muscle mag while you're shopping it seems at first glance that you're looking at a person who has been skinned, in that you can almost directly see the muscle, and they're grinning about it, which makes it spookier. Guess how old this bodybuilder is: (and then double your guess and you'll be close). Definintely the most beautiful body ever at such an age. Her phototype VI skin gives her a significant advantage also. A caucasian person at that advanced age will be significantly more prune-like with lots of sagging and wrinkling unless they use sun protection. Re: Exercising for strong bones!
