Wow...havent been here in bout 5 years.Badonka!

Date: March 18, 2011 09:50PM Jus thought Id stop by and say hey.Used to be here like dailey.Gonna try and stop by more.
Anyway,Im steady at about 60% raw and the past few years Ive included some yogurt from milk from a freind (I feed the cow lols).So really Im not even vegan.Disregard this if need be.Ive been 100% for a year+. After 8 years Ive found were I thrive best,at least for now. Im back to hitting the gym hard after a year off and jus though id start a kick off pic and date. Hope alls well ya'll!!
