Creative Health Institute in Michigan offers raw chef training on 3 levels. Classes are 3 days long, usually Friday thru Sunday. Check out creativehealthinstitute.org. This is a great place.

Classes are THREE days long? How can anyone become a chef in only 3 days? Hmm. Maybe if you already have some culinary experience or training under your belt.

I really enjoy Jennifer Cornbleet's style, perhaps you could look up where she studied, or where other raw chefs you enjoy have learned their skills.

I took a class with her in Chicago and enjoyed it. Unfortunately it didn't take. After a few years of not being into the diet, I forgot everything. I can't hardly remember a damn thing, though I still have her book.

I think SAD eating erases your memories...

Aloha From Maui,
I was just wondering if anyone has bought David Wolfe's Nutrition DVD's and are they worth the money?

How is the Living Light Culinary Nutrition 1 classes.

Can anyone else recommend a raw food plant based nutrition class?

FYI
I studied under Andrea McNinch in becoming a raw food chef. And it was amazing.
Just wish she had an additional nutrition class attached, altho I heard she is starting her own institute in Detroit, as she studied at the Tree of Life.

Mahalo
Blessings & Aloha
