Date: July 21, 2011 09:00PM Creative Health Institute in Michigan offers raw chef training on 3 levels. Classes are 3 days long, usually Friday thru Sunday. Check out creativehealthinstitute.org. This is a great place. Re: EDUCATION: Raw Food Chefs

Date: July 21, 2011 09:13PM Classes are THREE days long? How can anyone become a chef in only 3 days? Hmm. Maybe if you already have some culinary experience or training under your belt.
I really enjoy Jennifer Cornbleet's style, perhaps you could look up where she studied, or where other raw chefs you enjoy have learned their skills. Re: EDUCATION: Raw Food Chefs

I was just wondering if anyone has bought David Wolfe's Nutrition DVD's and are they worth the money? How is the Living Light Culinary Nutrition 1 classes. Can anyone else recommend a raw food plant based nutrition class? FYI I studied under Andrea McNinch in becoming a raw food chef. And it was amazing. Just wish she had an additional nutrition class attached, altho I heard she is starting her own institute in Detroit, as she studied at the Tree of Life.
