You sound like my mate that shattered his ankle after falling out of a coconut tree. He got rushed to hospital and the surgeons were about to operate and he said 'oh, I dont do pain killers cos they are not raw'. They laughed and said 'well you either dont walk again the rest of your life or we operate NOW' Your choice. I guess type 1 diabetics should just die if they want to go raw cos the insulin is 'cooked'. My suggestion is to focus on health vs purity. Purity will kill you quickly or have you locked up in a mental ward. Health and fitness, the opposite. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
