Chia seed OIL?

Date: May 20, 2011 12:48AM I never knew Chia Seed Oil existed in supplement form. Do you reckon it's worth it? It's a hassle for me to make the gel and then eat it. My only concern is freshness - I've read that the oil is not like flax in that it goes rancid quickly. Do you reckon chia oil in these supplements isn't rancid? Deva offer chia oil capsules and I've used their DHA in the past. Quality company it seems. Re: Chia seed OIL?

So I don't reckon the oil is worth it. But....if that's what you like, probably a small quantity won't hurt ya. Edited 3 time(s). Last edit at 06/16/2011 07:19AM by suncloud. Re: Chia seed OIL?
