Would you consider a whole red cabbage a day excessive? For months and months ive been loving the crunch of red cabbage, and its thick red crunchy leaves just mimic a vegetable matzo cracker like no other vegetable i can find...........but the thing is, i know that too much cruciferous veggies can result in thyroid problems. So my question to you is what other non-starchy veggie might have the same satisfaction as my beloved red cabbage? Because i simply cannot think of any other....any suggestions would be so greatly appreciated x x x
