Thanks for the posts.

Brain Clement did mention that cancer patients should not eat fruit or sugar veg (carrots, beets...).

Also carrots?

Now, I should avoid all fruits???

DG looks in even better shape a decade later
Clement is still the same (pudgy)
And DW... well sad smiley

Hopefully they all go on to live long and healthful lives, but it is interesting to see what they all look like 10 years later. You can only go by what you see.

I'm sorry to disappoint some, but, if you compare the appearance of a raw fooder ten years ago (when he or she was raw), with their appearance ten years later (raw), yes, they will look older!

Doug does, Brian does, and David does.

I've been raw for five years now, and....shock horror - I do look older than I did five years ago! A few extra lines, a bit more sagging..

General wear and tear, gravity, exposure to pollutants, whatever, take their toll. We may age a little slower than those on SAD diets, but unfortunately even raw can't entirely negate the effects of living another five years in the modern world.

I don't think anyone was suggesting that raw could slow down the outer effects of aging, in fact it is alarming at times to see how old some raw foodists look in the space of 5-10 years. Aging has so many different factors but it is still alarming.

But yeah David Wolfe looks really healthy here.

I think wolfe still looks healthy today.. more healthier today than doug graham looks in that video.

doug graham holds a lot of tension in his body, his movements are stiff and he has trouble expressing emotions. Health is about vibrancy.. not simply having an athletic body.

DW looks the best of the three in that vid, in my opinion. Not necessarily because he's the healthiest, he's just a hottie. smiling smiley

Yuck. Maybe it's because I've met him that I think he's so completely gross.

Oh my. lol... well I certainly could be wrong, it's not like I've felt his energy in person. I don't really find him attractive in the sense that I'd personally want to be with him, his look isnt my type in that sense. But I do find him attractive the way I'd find a pretty flower attractive, lol. grinning smiley
