Date: September 08, 2011 10:08PM Avocado in my opinion, although pretty much most nuts in the quantity you would use in a smoothie are relatively tasteless.
Cashews, brazil nuts etc, adds a little creamyness and doesnt alter the taste radically. Prefer coconut oil for fruit smoothies, seem to go better. [www.vegankingdom.co.uk] Re: Best tasting fat for green smoothies
