Preferences for best fat to add to a green smoothie?

This would be a smoothie with no fruit (unless avocado was added).

Avocado? Some kind of nut butter?

Thanks.

Avocado in my opinion, although pretty much most nuts in the quantity you would use in a smoothie are relatively tasteless.

Cashews, brazil nuts etc, adds a little creamyness and doesnt alter the taste radically.

Prefer coconut oil for fruit smoothies, seem to go better.

Thanks.

If I usually make about 40oz of smoothie, how much avocado would be good?
