10 reps at 225lbs [www.clipshack.com] 2 reps at 275lbs [www.clipshack.com] I was going to go for 300lbs but I couldn't be bothered so I think that tells me something!!! I think I'll be sticking to my bodyweight stuff Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
