Date: October 07, 2011 12:18AM Well, Angela Stokes-Monarch sent a series of five links for videos on how she lost all that weight. There is a natural birth control video, too. And I noticed that there is one on the channel with Ani Phyo.

Date: October 07, 2011 01:44PM which diet is better, raw vegan or cooked vegan with Dr. Alan Goldhamer
Did you see that one on there? That is an example of exactly why I went raw in the first place. It was compelling to me in the beginning of discovering how to go raw, how everybody who ate raw food looked like a greek god, and its always these PUFFY and PASTY and tired and lumpy people saying things like 'I beat cancer by having it lazer-blasted out of me' and 'I lost 100 pounds with this simple amazing stomach staple' To his credit, he looks about as healthy as a sad-eater can be. And I agree with many of his points. He still looks like a puff-pastry. It's like the most noticeable part of raw food eating to me, is that with sad food you get puffy face, and with raw food you get glowy face. I wonder why that is. Has anyone proved or disproved, in our modern age, the work of Dr. Kouchakoff? Is it leukocytosis that creates puffy face? Well thanks for the link! Re: A Youtube channel I discovered

P.S. I don't know if Dr Goldhamer is a human puff pastry[this made me laugh hard], but for the first half of the interview, I was poking the screen saying, "Wakey-wakey, there's an interview goin' on here!" Re: A Youtube channel I discovered

Date: October 07, 2011 07:07PM Isn't it funny how you can go to Youtube and think you know all of the main vedge/raw channels and someone like this has so many videos in the can already? I think Youtube needs a directory or something! Just searching for stuff doesn't always yield the results I am after. Re: A Youtube channel I discovered

As a professional librarian who has been cataloging and organizing library materials for the past 26 years, I completely agree! Re: A Youtube channel I discovered

Now please post one of the three of them together, and the planets will collide banana who, That channel is truly amazing. It's like an encyclopedia of current veg thinking all in one place. Plus, I love how The Cool Vegetarian claims to be 110 years old! Re: A Youtube channel I discovered

It seems to be either feast or famine with durian. I imagine he's out training for a bike marathon-awon or cycle-a-wykle-a-doo, or whatever Australians call 'em Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
