We are having a hike/potluck at the Dallas Nature Center, we are meeting up at 11am at the tables at the entrance....

So if you wanna get out and get active and socialize with like minded people then come join us.

Hope to see some faces there....

Well all but one of the people that said they were gonna show up actually showed up....We actually had a great time, we were blessed with great weather and good food...

We set off on a difficult trail....we had kids so we just took it easy yet still got our fitness on!!!

It was great to see everyone coming together and sharing their experiences and advice.....it warmed my heart...

Well the guys did really well my wife did excellent and they beat those hills in good style!!!!.....a couple of us had children in backpaks just to add some spice to it but I knew we could still do it!!!

Our mantra during the hike was ...."I WANNA SEE THE SWEAT!!!"

When it was all done we brought out da big guns.....watermelon, apples, nuts.....Kobin brought some homemade juice which went down real well...one of them nearly knocked me out coz it tasted like "gin & juice" but it was pineapple, alo vera and oranges....

A good day was had by all and was a good chance for me to actually see what was around me!!!
