and its harmfull side-effects some time awhile ago

i found this nifty visual chart .. printed it off and going to leave it laying around here and there smiling smiley

i beleive they were asking for info for their friend/spouse/kids .. (i cant remember lol) grinning smiley

I am transitioning back to raw and I admit that I still do drink soda pop. I definitely need to stop drinking soda pop and drink water (which I rarely drink).

Cypher,

Consider buying cola extract and adding it to natural carbonated water to make your own cola: this actually helps the digestion and isn't toxic. You could gradually work your way up to kombucha with fruit juice and then kombucha alone(or fruit juice alone) and end up being healthier without feeling deprived smiling smiley
